had a good night in Bar A Bar but the people working the cloakroom are thieving &*#%~@. tried chasing them up and no luck, basically stay clear unless your a fellow &*#%~@, its not even like the night was amazing either. much better local alternatives.

Had a cracking time in the Lion the other night. Recently moved to the area.. and I must say, I LOVE CHURCH ST.

Review: The Shakespeare is the soul of N16 and the reason why many people will never leave the neighbourhood. Never mind the jukebox, nothing has changed about this pub in the last 20 years (except maybe the prices). No food (other than crisps), but it does what a pub does best: a warm atmosphere, friendly regulars, great chat and no distractions. Oh, and a famously good pub quiz on Monday nights.
